EMV 3-D Secure service collateral

Challenge

A large payment processor introduced a range of EMV 3-D Secure based authentication services for merchants, acquirers, issuers, and payment networks. They requested the creation of complete set of documentation for (potential) clients and partners

Solution

What we did to support our client:

  • Implementation and user guides: we completely restructured their legacy documents, extending them with explanations, requirements, recommendations and best practices.
  • Certification manuals: we streamlined and described the related certification process and defined a wholly new set of test cases to ensure global interoperability.  
  • Sales collateral: we produced a set of sales collateral, including training modules, product sheets, commercial pitch-decks and the ROI calculation spread-sheet for merchants.
  • Operational collateral: we created and updated the relevant operational documents with respect to the new set of service, including policies, procedures and interactions, FAQs, project templates, key management guidelines, and other required documentation.
